Once you have viewed the apartment and like it, and wish to apply, you need to do the following:

• Complete an application (available here)

• Provide evidence that your income is at least 3 times the rent

• Provide copies of your photo ID

• Have a good reference from where you currently rent

If the above criteria can not be satisfied, alternatives may be considered.
