This building is conveniently located a mere 2 minute walk from the ocean, and five minutes from many shops and restaurants along Second Street. Each of the 10 units has been remodeled and updated and shows very nicely. There is coin operated laundry available to all tenants. There are five garages in the back of the building that offer private onsite parking in front of each, for tenants who rent a garage. For dog owners (please see our pet policy here), there is the Belmont Shore Dog Beach a couple minute walk away. Additionally, the Beach Bike Path is located down the street offering beach and water access, running, skating, and cycling enjoyment for all!
